From a young age he was immersed with the day to day of interacting with clients while buying and selling Real Estate, often attending open houses starting at the age of 5. With a Background in Business & Marketing and an early career in Sports & business consulting, Payton mastered the skills to successfully navigate large business deals & negotiate in high stakes sales/consulting positions.
